HIV symptom day after exposure?
I had sex with a prostitute in Amsterdam's red light district. I wore a condom. It did not break. the next day, i acquired a terribly frightening flu in which i was throwing up every liquid and solid that entered my mouth. It lasted for probably 48 hours. That was 3 years ago. Is it possible to experience ANY HIV symptom, within 1-2 days of exposure? Over the past 3 years, i cant recall if i've had any HIV related symptoms because I never payed attention because I thought I was clean. I recently had vaginal intercourse with a clean girl. I didn't wear a condom. 2 weeks after her and I had sex, she developed a red rash that was very irritating to her. The rash was located in the region between her vagina and anus. She also complained of back pain, but she was experiencing the rash and back pain DURING HER PERIOD. And she said this period was brutal, the worst that she could remember. Does HIV cause women to have worse periods? I never in my life thought that I had any STD cuz not once did i get any symptom from the common STD's. I never had a wart, a sore, or any wierd rashes. However, 1 and 1/2 years ago I had an awful bladder infection in which i pissed blood and it felt like somebody was sticking a finger in my anus while i was urinating. Can HIV cause bladder infection? By the way, the doctor said it was the worst bladder infection he'd ever seen. He said the test results had numbers in which hed never seen in his life. I just recently started getting night sweats. They aren't bad though... I don't wake up soaking wet, but I do wake up slightly damp/moist, mostly on my back. My hair is never wet, neither are my feet or hands. Does anything I'm saying sound like any possible HIV symptoms. I'm more worried about the girl than I am of myself. I don't care if I die.
You were never at risk of contracting HIV as long as you used the condom correctly and consistently.
