HIV symptoms-OraQuick accuracy

About 1.5-2 years ago, I rekindled with an old flame..he promised he hadn't slept with anyone since me. When we first met up, he mentioned that he had pneumonia. About 3-4 weeks prior to leaving his house, I developed flu-like symptoms. All of the symptoms passed within a timely manner, aside from swollen lymph nodes in my neck. I went to see my doctor where she did blood work. I was tested for mono, white blood cell count, etc. all tests we're fine. However, she mentioned the possibility of a cystic disease due to some lumps in my breasts and the fact that my caffeine intake is pathetic. I have read that this cystic disease (can't remember the name,) can cause swollen lymph nodes.
Seeing my doctor, however left me with no answers as to the constant swollen lymph nodes. I decided to take the OraQuick rapid response test, which came back negative. But, I'm still panicking. I have 1 lymph node behind my right ear swollen, 2 beneath both ears, and 2 below my jaw. Could this really be nothing? It seems to be popular belief that smaller people have naturally swollen lymph nodes, which i don't believe, but I'll add that I'm 5'2 and 108 pounds. Someone please help me, I'm at a loss. I know that the only way to be sure is to get tested (which I will be doing within the next few days,) but until then I'm looking for more answers so I won't be completely blindsided if I test positive.

I realize that. I guess Im basically just seeking answers on how accurate the OraQuick is over 1 year after exposure. Today would be great, but I must book an appointment where I'm from. It could be months before a doctor could actually squeeze me in for blood work..which is why I'm trying to ease my mind until then.

Hiv cant be judged with symptoms. Result over rules symptoms. Best thing is to just go and have a hiv test today itself.
