HIV symptoms and tested negative

Hi,
My case is really complicated but there is only one positive point that I always had protected vaginal intercourse.

I am uncircumcised heterosexual man.

I had protected vaginal exposure on 13th Dec 2014 and on 09th Jan2015 with CSW.
They all have given me oral with condom. So it was only protected vaginal and oral with condom. I remember that condom never broke or slipped.

But on 9th Jan 2015, Just after sex I touched my penis and cleaned it with water.

Now from 15th Jan, I got fever, soar throat, dehydration, headache. After 2 days, I felt tingling in my penile and I was urinating almost 13- 14 times for 2 days. I went to the doctor on 19th Jan, I told them that I may have HIV or other STDs. They took my urine test and blood test on 19th Jan and 20th Jan. After 2 days I checked with my doctor, She said that everything is negative (all STDs negative, HIV negative, no diabetes and no urine infection).

I was fine after test result. But today on 25th Jan, I saw that I have 2 red dots on my face and 1 on my chest. I still have dry mouth and dry lips, neck pain, feel tired, blurry vision, low grade fever, weirdness in my stomach.

Please answer my questions:

1) Washing penis just after sex could have given me infection(May be there was some fluid on the bottom of penis and it came in touch with penis head while cleaning.)

2) What would be the possibility of infection after negative result for HIV (on 20th Jan) based on protected vaginal and oral sex with a sex worker(13th Dec and 09th Jan)? Please consider that I cleaned my penis just after sex with water on 09th Jan.

Please someone suggest me!!!

It's your anxiety that is leading you to believe that you actually have a rash.  Take a breath, and calm down.  You are fine.  Like I said earlier, testing will always outweigh the symptoms.  ALWAYS

Do you think I need to test for HIV again As I still have all the symptoms which occurs during ARS. I am very much stressed because I still have headace, low fever, dry mouth, gastric stomach from beginning, 2 small red dots on face. Though I dont have any problem with lymph nodes. I can't stop thinking about HIV.

Those are just panic or anxiety disorders. Forget about hiv and the symptoms will start vanishing

Thanks a lot for your reply. But then how can I have all these symptoms.
(fever, blurry vision, stomach noise, dry throat, dry lips and feel thirsty most of the times.)
I have doubt regarding cleaning my penis just after the intercourse can infect me? I am really worried as I have made mistakes!!
