HIV terrified chlamidia

Hello Dr. I am a heterosexual healthy male who had unprotected sex with a female 32 days ago. With in two weeks I found out I had Chlamydia and a UTI. I was prescribed two diffrent Meds. I am currently not having any discharge any longer, the ting is the 3rd week I was diagnosed with a UTI. I am having lower left flank pain and lower back pain. I have 3 more pills before I complete cipro but my left side pain is not getting better and experiencing lower back pain as well. I was tested for HIV 2 weeks negative, 3 weeks negative, 4th week I took a ora Quick negative as well. I believe them to be placebo's.,Other than that I am doing fine. My thing is she lied said she was tested in January and does not have HIV or any STD's. So I foolishly gave in. After finished we did it the same day second time. After that she said she was on her period. Since I didn't think she had anything I cleaned off very well and thought nothing of it. I had no cuts bruises on my penis. No diehrea, night sweats, not even a fever. I have had back pain in the past but this is weighing on me and the flank pain is moderate not severe. What are my chances of HIV?

Ora Quick isn't a FAKE it's an FDA approved test and to receive a conclusive test result you need to test 3 month post exposure.
