It doesn't matter if it's ELISA, ECLIA, or CMIA. It's accurate. You don't have HIV

Thank you very much for your help. But,I have a test Colloidal Gold 3rd generation from hospital only ,I didn't have an ELISA test. Is there any difference? You mean, even though I have those immune problems, my window period should be within 3 months?

The special circumstances which MAY extend the window period from 3 months are instances of other autoimmune disease or intense cancer therapy that have altered your immune system.

Since none of those probably apply to you, and even if they did, chances are the window period would still be 3 months, you are conclusively HIV negative.

And yes, the test you took is an ELISA, approved, accurate, and conclusive.
