HIV through nose picking

Good morning forum, about 1 week ago i had protected sex with a prositute in Russia. My risk was picking my nose after the intercourse with possible vaginal fluids on my fingers due to touching and taking off my condom. When i took out my finger it had a little blood on it, which meant that the mucous membranes were cracked and bleeding. The time between the picking and touching the condom was around 15 seconds, I did not touch anything else as i recall. Is that a possible risk of HIV transsmision? I found this on the other website called "the body" "

"Dried blood that has been remoistened which likely be less infections that fresh blood. The mucous membranes of the nose-unless dried and /or cracked/bleeding would also confer some level of protection from HIV infection. The exposure you described-though of concern-would be a very low risk exposure even if the index patient was known to be HIV infected. KH"

This comment was an anwser to a similar question but their mucous membranes were not bleeding. So i am freaking out. Please help!

Are you sure? Would the 15 seconds inactivate the virus? And what if it gets into my blood stream can it infect after being outside?

Stupid i know. My worst mistake in my life.. The comment that i pasted was from a doctor who is expirienced in HIV. Why does he state this

"The mucous membranes of the nose-unless dried and /or cracked/bleeding would also confer some level of protection from HIV infection"?

My mucous membranes were bleeding, so that means that they didin't confer any protection.

so you had sex with a prostitute...removed your condom and then starting picking your nose?????

you had NO risk.

once hiv is exposed to air, it becomes inactive and unable to infect.

hiv is not transmitted from finger to nose

Well when i picked my nose and took my finger out, there was little blood on my fingers. The blood was not dripping out. Only when i touched the inside of my nose there was little blood on my finger. Perhaps my mucous membranes had like micro cuts or cracks.
