HIV transmission form Oral Sex

My name is Mike, I am a 30 year old, generally healthy person. I had about 4 months ago a first bi-sexual encounter with a gay men (unknown status but I assume high risk as it was in a gay village) who performed oral sex on me and me on him, There was no ejaculation on either side. About 3 months later, I developed the following symptoms: sore muscles (legs) and fatigue. I also have a cold now and my symptoms include a mild headache and a runny nose. I also feel congested every now and then. I am really scared that I have contracted HIV. It is the weakness in my legs that scares me the most, which has been going on for over  a month now. When I wake up in the morning I feel like I had gone for a hike or a run the day before, even though I did not.

Regards,
