HIV EXPOSURE, partener is hiv+

I m a gay in China, a week ago I dated with another. He bite and licked my breast, we kissed on lips for a while, and deep kissed for a minute. I received his oral sex for a while and several times deep throats. I was nervous afterwards and today I intended to do a hiv test for him and test paper right away showed 2 red line saying he is strong positive. He could not believe his eye either.  I m totally freaked out now. PEP timing missed either. What is the percentage of my getting HIV from this ?  Am I infected already ?  I have never done anal sex.

Sexually, HIV is only transmitted when an unprotected penis is inside a vagina or anus.  You did not have a risk for HIV, even though your partner was positive for HIV.

I appreciate at your swift reply.  Is it true ?  What if he has some gum problem, or any wounds in mouth with some blood or any infected fluids mixed into saliva wrapping around my penis, actually my penis was full of his saliva. Once I thought I was so close to a hiv+ guy,  I almost diagnose myself to be positive in future now.  Am I 100% safe ?
Will a HIV RNA load test + a 4th generation HIV AB test be conclusive for me in the 4th week ?
No one has EVER been infected with HIV from receiving oral sex, and you will not be the first.

Any test you take, at any time, will be conclusive and negative, since you had ZERO risk for HIV.
Thank you
