oral sex with hiv

I have a risk of HIV infection (due to oral sex), 28 days from the time I was at risk, I took a negative test (rapid test). So am I reassured yet?
Thank you doctor

Thank you doctor
I was given oral sex by a prostitute (with blow job), I had sperm in her mouth. Six bad washed his genitals and checked that my genitals were not bleeding. Then 2 weeks later I had fever, diarrhea, night sweats, nausea,.... At 28 days (4 weeks) I went for an HIV test (rapid test) with negative sperm results and syphilis test. negative results. I want to ask, can I feel secure about the risk of HIV infection? Is a negative rapid test result of 28 days valid (trusted)? Thank you doctor.

ANY HIV test you take at ANY time will be negative, and conclusive, since you were never at risk for HIV.
Thank you doctor, however I am still worried about the following:
1. I had semen (ejaculated) into the mouth of a prostitute (I checked my penis and it was not bleeding)
2. For about 15 days I had a fever, diarrhea, sweating, and then muscle pain
3. My negative result was just a rapid test (about 28 days from the time of risk)
Looking forward to consulting your doctor help me.
Thank you doctor.
It doesn't matter what you're worried about. You don't get HIV because you're worried. You can only get HIV when you have had a risk for HIV, which you have not. See a doctor if you are concerned about your non-HIV related medical issues.

That should end our conversation here.
Thank you doctor.

Oral sex is not a risk for HIV. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. You did not need to test AT ALL. The only risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. NO risk. No need to test. EVERY test you take will be negative and accurate because you have to have a risk to get HIV.

For information purposes though, 4th generation test are accurate and conclusive 28 days post event.
