HIV transmission

I went to several prostitutes and pleasured on their feet. I licked their soles, kissed their feet, suck their toes and between toes. This I did for one hour each. I had a bleeding gum once or twice during the sessions. I never kissed their lips. Unfortunately, their feet were not washed before they went into my mouth. I ejaculated by hand job and thrice I had intercourses with condom. In other times they sucked my penis with condom on. I did this for around 12 prostitutes in a year. From the last one month I withdrew from this habit. Crucial question is : do I risk HIV transmission if any one of them was HIV positive.

A highend prostitute sucked my penis in the course of my ejaculation in her mouth without condom some three month's back. Nothing happened to me. Do I risk HIV?

During on of the sessions I sucked big toes of a female and also licked her sole. I took both of her feet in my mouth unwashed. Afterwards I found that she had a previous session with another male who got a foot job from her and he masturbated on her feet. She did not wash her feet but only wiped out the semen all over her feet using a tissue paper. Meanwhile I found the following article:

In the study, the researchers tested the ability of HIV to infect oral mucosal cells known as normal human oral keratinocytes (NHOK) in the test tube. They found that when exposed to high concentrations of the virus, the cells established a low-level, productive infection that could subsequently transfer to activated lymphocytes.

“Human saliva contains several types of anti-HIV activity that may help protect an individual against a small virus inoculum. However, if individuals are exposed to inocula containing a heavy viral load, it is conceivable that the oral epithelium could be infected and thus serve as a beachhead for HIV-1 infection,” say the researchers.

After the encounter, I developed rash on my tongue and I recovered within four days, without taking any medicine.

No risk but I would be more worried about a fungal infection.

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

condom protected sex = safe sex

oral sex is not a risk - with OR without a condom.  hiv is not transmitted through oral sex

NOTHING that you described put you at risk for contracting hiv.
