Transmission risk

I was with another man who said he was HIV negative.  While we were grinding, I noticed that I had entered him (unprotected).  This was not for more than 10 seconds.  While he said he was negative, I have no way of making sure of that and I am terrified that because of a few second slip I might now be infected.  This was about a week ago, so it is too early for me to get tested.  Am I at a high risk or likelihood for infection because of this incident?  Any guidance here would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.

If it's been less than 72 hours go to the hospital and get PEP.

How do you just enter him without knowing your doing so?

3 months is when you can take a conclusive test. A test at 6-8 weeks is a good indication or a DUO test at 28 days.
