Hello.. So I was wondering, if a needle is submerged into water and there is some blood on it.. And another person either drinks the same water or uses another syringe with that water, can you get HIV that way? Thank you.

And then another person who didn't know they used the water for that.. Either drinks it or uses the same water to clean THEIR syringe. Can HIV be contracted that way?

Apparently you didn't understand.. The syringe wouldn't still be in the water. I meant water that was used to clean a syringe.
