Wound On Chest

Hello I am reallly concern about an exposure i had. July 13 I was jabbed with a needle with syringe(or something similar) on my chest and my chest was bleeding not sure if blood or something was injected. Couple days ago i started feeling really sick i got strep throat, high fever, headache. I called my dr and he said that was very high risk and should have taken some meds to prevent hiv within 72hrs. My dr told me to test in 3months. Am I at high risk. I have never had strep throat.

You never had an exposure and don't need testing.

You can test 4 weeks after the exposure with a 4th generation test. If negative you can confirm your result at 3 months after your exposure

No it was during a festival. And my chest was bleeding. I am just worried now that I got super sick I never been this sick.  I just wanted reassurance about the risk cause I feel awful.

So where were you when you were stuck? Just walking down the street and some guy just jabbed you?

So you think there was a possible exposure?
Teak even if blood was injected or the needle got inserted?
