Please advice

On 17th of May this year,i was on a trip in my home country but not my home city,i had a sexual encounter with a female friend of loose morals, the condom broke n got to know about it after we finished(sex lasted for about 5 minutes and i ejaculated inside her) i panicked and we both went for an HIV test the following morning and we were both negative, and i quickly tried forgot about that encounter, went back home and had sex with my wife on the 22nd of the same month, unprotected and on 25th of the same month i was moved to another country coz of work to the country i am now, later in May,my wife told me she was pregnant n again that encounter on the 17th come back to my mind n started to bother me again(first i was worried abt the baby and now i am worried about myself),my mind is not settled about that encounter as i keep on assuming maybe that lady was on window period the time we got the test and probably i contracted HIV on that encounter and pass it to my wife, because of the pregnancy she has my wife was tested on 5th of this month and was negative.

All test tht were being done were antibody test and i am from an African nation with a high HIV prevalence rate

My question is
1.What are the chances that this Lady was on window period the day we got tested?
2.What are the chances that i contracted the virus on that 5 mins encounter?
3.Does my wifes results translate that i didnt contract anythin, as i had sex with my wife, 6 days after that encounter? is it possible that i contracted smthin and failed to pass it to her?

I cant go get tested now coz of the country and place i am stayin currently

If you want to know your status you can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure. Anything else would be speculating.
