What was your specific exposure? You had a broken condom (broke wide open)?

unable to judge clearly it seemed that the condom split it did not wide open like give way on the mouth rather it seemed like split towards the top end of the penis apologies i am unable to be more clear but can confirm I saw it burst or tear though
A test at 23 days is good, but it's not conclusive. That is why we always tell people to wait at least 28 days. If you contracted HIV from this event and then had sex with your wife, YES, it is *possible* to pass HIV on to her.
okay thanks just the once instance was there all other instances are like protected and no exposure as mentioned above with fingering deep kissing episodes - I assume there is no risk from these?

what are the risk of the transmission based on above scenario of condom and given I was negative at around 24 days and had only one time sex with wife what are chances of transmissions

pls sorry but I am really worried for my wife and hence wnat to be sure if I need to put her on pep
Test at 28. Nothing else to do or talk about - this isn't Vegas so we can't and don't assign odds, other than to say if the other person is negative (which is very likely if they supplied or required the condom) then you will be too.
okay thanks will do yes they supplied the condom and insisted on having it all times and also did oral with condom I live in Dubai so all people are tested for hiv for visa purposes every once or twice a year thanks
A condom is not needed for oral. You can't get hiv from oral - no one in 40 years of hiv got it from oral and many csw in the rest of the world know that and do not use one for oral.
One thing to note, she used a condom. Meaning she's trying to protect herself from the people she has sex with like you. Which means she is trying to be safe. This protects her but also you. She cares about her health as much as you care about yours evidenced by her using condoms. One breaking is a fluke. So, she is very unlikely to have hiv. You tested negative at 24 days which is good, as stated, but you need to confirm negative at 28 days and beyond. There is really nothing else to discuss until then. I'd expect it to also be negative and then you need to move on from this.
thanks if u had the exposure on day 1 like 1st of the month conclusive test is on 28 th day liek 28th or i have to complete 28 days and test on 29th day?
You can test on the 28th day.
hi did my 29th day test came as non reactive but 24 days was 0.011 but 29th was 0.041 it's say more than 1 is reactive still long difference but is this something need to be concerned of test was duo hiv abs plus p24 AG antigen
Your test is negative at 29 days, that is conclusive. It is time to let this go.
ok thanks
