Coping with HIV anxiety?

I just posted a question but I was wondering. What's a good way to deal with HIV anxiety. I find after I have sex, or even foreplay which I know is low risk with protection, I find I get crippling anxiety about HIV. Such as recently when I had an encounter and there was really just foreplay. I'm almost sure the guy fingered me but I felt the pressure and freaked out that he inserted inside of me, which even if he did it wasn't any longer then 2 minutes. Which the guy claimed he was clean and I know it's low risk but still.

I have two questions:
1. What is my risk if it turned out to be his penis and
2. How do you all cope with HIV anxiety? Are there good ways?
