Hi, experts, I'm from China. Last month, I met a hooker and performed unprotected cunnilingus on her for approximately 1 or 2 minutes. Actually, she was not very 'wet'. Also, I licked her anus for several seconds. The problem what I'm concerned is that I had a small mouth ulcer at that time. I'm not sure whether her vaginal fluid got in touch with my mouth ulcer. If the situation happened, what is the risk of HIV transmission?

Many Chinese doctors say it is a sort of exposures.To be honest, I am extremely worried about the contact and regret to go whoring.  I just finished my master degree, in fact I should be happy and expect my rosy future. But now, all because of the mistake, I am down in recent days, no smile, no happiness.

Plz help me to evaluate the risk. Appreciate ur reply. Thanks!

In fact, I'm not doubt on ur assessment, I just want to know further relevant knowledge. U know, in China, most people are not professional on HIV prevention, even a lot of doctors considered mouth ulcer is a opening sore that may result in HIV transmission.

You never had an exposure. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
