Hi, I just got tested for hiv today with a rapid test. I came out negative...thank God. My finger was pricked with a lancet and I was bleeding a lot! so i asked the test provider for another gauze. He had allergies or a cold and had a runny nose. He gave me the gauze with his bear hands and I applied it to my bleeding finger. My question is, If he had HIV and had buggers on his hand got the gauze and then I applied the gauze to my finger, can I have contrancted the virus this way?
