Heartburn and ARS seroconversion

I was discouraged not to take 4-week test and i'm starting to regret it a bit.  I feel like my health is quickly deteriorating and I wanted to hear from you experts who have been around hiv+ persons. My exposure was unprotected sex about 8mins and this was about 4.5 weeks ago. Is heartburn or inflammation of the chest area common during serconversion?  I've experienced numerous symptoms but they have all subsided. All I'm experiencing now is this constant heartburn which has lasted for the past 3 days.  Initial symptoms started 10 hours after possible exposure.  Everyone i've spoken to claims ARS couldn't occur so quick.

I'm coming to the terms with the fact that I might just have it... I'm getting tested once I get back from the holidays... Any comments would be appreciated.

Symptoms have lasted since 10 hours after possible exposure.  Not all at once. They've been sporadic for the most part with heartburn, muscle spasms, and abdominal inflammation lasting the longest.  Abdominal pain has stopped and all the pain is now centered around the chest area.
