Hello doctor, I want to consult some of the problems

Hello, doctor, I would like to ask you a few questions Thank you very much.
1, if the condom covers the glans, so safe sex. However, if the condom does not cover other parts of the genital skin, and skin wounds, it still is the correct use of condoms yet? Is there a risk of infection? Is sex the spread of broken penis? Other parts do not have the infection?
2, the behavior is oral sex, did not use condoms, and sexual intercourse, the use of a condom. Later I found that my genital roots of folliculitis, will come into contact with secretions in sexual intercourse, and then infected with it? I will folliculitis as broken, bleeding.
Can you give me suggestions, thank you, wish you good health

It doesn't enter that way.You would require a gaping open wound for transmission to take place.

As long as the head of the penis is covered then it's no risk.As far as oral sex goes it's not a risk for HIV transmission.
