Help me.

Hello. I am a straight male from the us. I have had 2 false positive elisa hiv tests. One was in February and one a month after in March. These have been conducted well over 12 months post risk event. Unprotected with female. I had a false positive repeatedly reactive elisa hiv test followed by a negative ifa and negative naat. I did a oraquick home test and got a negative result a week after the elisa. I waited a month and got tested again using the elisa and got the same repeatedly reactive result but this time with a negative western blot. I did another oraquick home test and that was negative again. The doctor told me that there's something in my system causing the elisa to be positive and i didn't give wait long enough for whatever to be causing it to go away. So he said there's a chance in 6 months I'll test negative for elisa. He told me not to worry because false positive Elisa's are quite common and it's not worth investigating or worrying about since I'm outside the window period and have negative confirmatories and viral load tests plus the neg oral home swab tests. So overall I've had 2 false positive elisa hiv tests, 1 neg western blot, 1 neg ifa, 1 neg naat, and 2 neg oraquick home tests.

My questions are:

What are the chances I'm an elite controller? That I have hiv now but the western blot and ifa and naat aren't detecting it and they're all wrong and the elisa is right?

What should I do? What further testing is needed?

What are the chances that I've already developed aids or haven't developed enough antibodies for the confirmatories to pick up?

I'm scared to death, please help me. Am I ok?

Thanks, I'm sorry. This has just been really hard. Are there any health conditions that cause false positive tests or is it just luck?

Elite controller test positive and are confirmed positive. You do not have HIV and you have been told multiple times.

So I can be sure I'm not an elite controller or my immune system is keeping the antibodies dormant for this long? Could the elisa be right and the others be wrong?

Final question and I'll put this to rest. Are people who get false positive elisa hiv test results, people who can control the virus by without any medication? Am I an elite controller? Is it possible for the elisa to be right and the other tests be wrong?
