Heterosexual Anal

I was dating a girl since first of march 2017 till 10th of April 2017 during this period we did vaginal sex multiple times but all condom protected, unprotected oral sex on me (receiver) and one time condom protected anal sex
I used condom every single time but i am not sure if condom broke or not especially during anal sex so i recall the events and i feel afraid.
By the way she did hiv test on first of April and she was negative
But still i am not sure about her hiv status because of hiv test window period
Do I put myself at risk for hiv?
Do i need to test or i should move on??

You would know if the condom broke.  It's a catastrophic event that is noticeable and messy.  Plus, you're in a relationship which means this is not a high risk person to have HIV.  You've always had safe sex by using condoms so I would not worry about HIV.  Keep using the condoms.
