Heterosexual act - potenetially brief penetration HIV risk

I was recently with a male, who predominantly engaged in fingering me. During this time, he was lying off to the side and a couple of times would put his penis in my vaginal entrance. It's splitting hairs to identify if he penetrated. He denies doing so. If he did, it would have been very minimal - perhaps just the tip and for hardly any time at all. I understand the modes of transmission and how difficult it is to acquire HIV; however, I still worry I'll be the instance of acquiring HIV with such superficial and brief possible penetration. I began PEP treatment (Truvada and Isentress) within 48 hours. He never ejaculated throughout the night and I didn't feel pre cum at any time but I know that doesn't mean pre cum wasn't there.

Am I at potential risk for HIV transmission given he fingered me and may have caused potential tiny cuts combined with the brief/minimal possibility of penetration?
