High Risk exposure encounter

Good day to all experts here ,

I'm here on behalf of my friend to ask a question about his exposure , about 2 weeks back.

He's a bi-sexual male and had mutual masturbation with another guy. I believe that mutual masturbation is never a risk for HIV however as his friend , I'm worried for him.

He mentioned about something that I can't seem to find any relavant information about it and hence it leads me to this forum.

He told me that they were rubbing with each other's pee hole aka urethra. I told him repeatedly that it has been exposed to the air , not transmitted this way and stuff like that. It is NOT a risk for HIV.

But however he mentioned this : "his bleeding hand was in direct contact of his pee hole."

I asked him to 'define' the amount of blood but he merely said that it was minute , those amount you see in cuts by pen knife and scissors.

Hence may I know if there is any risk for him in this manner ? A constantly , still bleeding hand with his urethra and not that much of expose to air but still considered as direct contact ..

      Any idea ?

Small drop of blood outside the body cannot harm you, as well as small scratch. And I don't think someone would want to touch your urethra with a hughe heavily bleeding open wound.

Thank you to teak and someguy70.

No - i do not know whether if it's a theorical risk or real threat - because what I had experienced fixed in some categories such as infected fluid in contact with mucous membrane and stuff. They did not mentioned anything but theorically risk and number of ppl got infected this way but rather a risk of getting infected.

Hence I'm here to ask if I may get infected.
Well - it seems that fresh blood still oozing out and in immediate contact with mucous membrane is not a risk .. I guess I have to accept tht and
move on like what teak said.

Thank you for ur time(:

I may have exaggerated.

Simply said - someone's hand is still bleeding and he happen to touch ur penis - urethra - is there any risk?

Note : still bleeding - which means tht there are still fresh blood oozing out and in direct contact with ur urethra ..

Okay - I admit.

I was exposed to blood by a mutual friend. This friend that I just know of had his finger slash by a crack wine bottle while we're masturbating and doing frottage.

His hand bleed and I really saw the blood - with that same hand he held my penis - urethra for a while. He did not notice that he got cut neither did he feel any pain until I told him tht there was blood on his hand.

What now?! A hand that's bleeding and holing on to ur penis - urethra and foreskin. I'm confused about my status though.

I'm sorry tht I did not said tht the incident involved me because I'm afraid that I maybe judge by others here.
