High blood pressure

I read that hiv causes high blood pressure when your viral load is very high and your not producing antibodies. I have all severe hiv symptoms still to this day after antibody alone test. My exposure was unprotected vaginal sex. I've had 5 hiv test last one being 42 weeks after the exposure all done by blood drawn from my vein at doctors office and sent to quest diagnostics. All where negative. Got told by another website that I may want to pursue a p24 or PCR test. Why is it I am not producing antibodies? Plz detailed opinion.

HIV does not cause high blood pressure and the reason antibodies aren't detected is because you aren't infected.

"Why is it I am not producing antibodies? "

Because your immune system  doesn't see any need to produce any. And if you don't have any antibodies after 12 weeks....let alone 42 weeks...then you do not have HIV.
