Your post is confusing. First what was your risk and then we'll answer the rest.

Unprotected vaginal sex for 30 seconds I am the male.
Was it a duo test? if so it would be conclusive after 4 weeks. if not the the test should have been done at 12 weeks to be conclusive. You'll have to find out from the clinic what kind of test they did?
Well on the result says HIV 1/2 Rapid/Antibody (name of the test). And the nurse at the clinic told me that the window period for this fingerprick test is 42 days after the encounter. So what will you advice me ?
Sorry, I missed antibody in your original post. That means it was a single so wait for 3 months.
I have read an answer on other person's post from Dr. Handsfield. And the question was: How accurate is oraquick test at 6 weeks after the encounter. And Dr. Handsfield said that the oral test takes longer to get positive than lab test or rapid fingerstick test. And says that the oral test is 90% accurate at 6 weeks so the result wont change at the 12 week right ?
This isn't Vegas so I don't think people should play odds that have no prize. I would just test at the conclusive time, then you don't have to tell a person you want to have a longer term condomless relationship that you have 90% accuracy, so is that good enough for them?
Everyone should always make sure that a condomless encounter is done only if each person of is conclusively neg.
