Hiv accurate at 10.2 week

After an unprotected intercouse of 10-15 seconds,
I have  tested hiv negative by antibodies in test after 72days (10.2 weeks) in India , I am not sure which generation this this is??? How we decide that ?? And What is accuracy after 10.2 weeks ?? I am still worrie and scared to go for further test. And the test i did was hiv screening test(rapid) for hiv 1 and 2

HIV antibodies Test at 12/13 week are conclusive by international standards.
But based on the results so far, it will mostly mostly mostly not change at 12/13 week.

I'm now on my 12th week , so worried to test again so thought will test on 6th month. What's your opinion sir? Have you ever seen someone's report changing to reactive after a 10 week test?? Please just for an advise I'm so tensed that's why

Don't worry. Very very very rarely it happens that a 6 week test turns positive. Urs was 10 weeks beyond. If I were you, I wouldn't be worried.
