Hiv and hypertension

i am 24 years old male. I am worried about have exposure to hiv after sucking latching breast of hiv positive female csw. No sex involved after sucked immediately washed my mouth. I was very anxiety about this waited for 1month and took rapid 3rd generation (igm,igg) antibody test at home it was negative.  at the time I am feeling numbness in chin during that time . So went to gp doctors. I was diogonesd with hypertension 180/120.  They took blood test(normal 6800wbc, lymphocytes 35%), urine test, MRi, Abdomen CT scan.ecg,No abnormalities found.  At the time i don’t have any symptoms of like  flu. Then they prescribed antidepressants tablets for 15 days and betablocker 25mg and arbs 25mg respectively for morning and night.

Some time i check for lymph node under neck . I feel small hard node inside under my left chin and Got scared.  After taking these all medications 15 days later i lost 5kg of weight. During these time i had abnormal sweating at daytime . Then the said continue bp tablet for next 3month. I have now symptoms of BMS, dry mouth, small ulcer inside my lips. I getting more anxiety day by day. Till day (68days after exposure) no fever, no night sweat, no sore throat. No chills.  Problem is One small mouth ulcer and weight loss.  my question. do i need to check again for hiv ? why i had hypertension and this all symptoms. help me please

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

Sucking breasts isn't a risk for HIV or any STDs. I don't know why you think hypertension is related to HIV, but it isn't, and you didn't have a risk for HIV anyway.

The risks I listed above are the ONLY risks, and your event is not on that list. There is no information you could add that would make this a risk for HIV.
