Hiv anxiety or something

Vjy
Had an exposure one month back with prostitute and i used condom during the intercourse but removed during the oral sex.
After that on the second day i suffered a mild fever and started thinking about hiv.
That fever wasn't last more that 3 hours.  After 7 days i started feels like fever and body pain and hose still continues. Whenever i took the body temperature ieally its just between 36 to 36.9 degree Celsius. But still feels like fever and small muscle ache on my both hamd joints. There was no other symptoms at all untill the third week and on the 3 rd week i started feeling like my chin is swollen. I just pressed my chin but its doesn't feeling pain or hatd. Its just a small bump. I fear i have infection hiv or some other.  I was a chronic alcolic untill the exposure and i quits drinking. I dont know are these symptoms for hiv... How can i get tested and what kind of test i need to take? I don't even know where i need to go for testing. If someone from South india. Please help me where i can get tested safely and confidentially.
Hope i will get a proper help.

Hello, regarding HIV, oral sex is not considered a risky activity, there are no reports of people getting HIV by doing what you did. There is no need to worry or get tested for HIV, however unprotected oral sex might be a risk for other STDs, you could ask in the STD Forum if you wish.

About your symptoms, ARS is the first stage of an HIV infection, is the body’s reaction to the infection. Some HIV positive people, but not all of them, reported that around 20 days after their exposure they had fever, sore throat, rash and flu (not cold) like symptoms, all of those came together, or within a few days of difference and lasted for a few weeks. As you see, the same symptoms are present in many other illnesses and not everyone had them, so, we can’t rely on them to diagnose HIV.

The symptoms you describe don't sound like HIV or ARS, but the most important thing is that you weren't exposed to any risk, and only for that (and not any symptoms or the absence of them) you have no reason to worry.
