Hiv chances

Had a one night stand in cuba, had protected oral, and took off the condom and put it back on for viginal sex. The condom stayed on through the intercourse.. is it still possible I contracted hiv.. have been worried sick reading internet posts and constant extreme anxiety.. the very next day I noticed a white spot on my penis head, now I have quite a few, it’s been 3 months since exposure.. I have spots on penis head and at opening of urethra, burning sensation when urinating.. sore testicles, back pain swollen lymp gland in right side of neck and diarrehia, Havnt has a rash or fever and feel fine besides the anxiety, back pain and burning urination.. I had diarrehia prior to exposure and a penile discharge I would notice after bowel movement.. I have been CBC tested and multiple urine tests for bacteria and stds everything came back clear.. showed the spots to 4 doctors they say they look normal (I don’t think they are) and proscribed me antibiotics for prostatis.. my current partner shows no symptoms and we have had sex up to 3 months after exposure.. got an hiv test today just looking to ease my mind until I get the results

You didn't have a HIV risk.

Could of things:

1. You used a condom, so your risk is effectively zero.
2. It's highly likely she didn't have HIV.
3. Even if she did have HIV, and you didn't use a condom, your risk would still only be about 1 in 2000.

I'm going to make this very simple for you - how many heterosexual guys do you know with HIV? I'm going to guess zero. That's because it's quite difficult for a man to get HIV from heterosexual sex.

Regarding your painful urination, it's possible you have mycoplasma or ureaplasma. A lot of clinics do not test for these infections. You could go get tested for them. Although the antibiotics of choice (doxycycline) are probably what you were given for prostatitis.

Effective against hiv Even if the condom was taken off checked for holes and put back on?
Sure, HIV doesn't survive outside the body. You are fine. Also, you should be assuming this girl didn't have HIV. Which means zero risk.
Thank you, your help is appreciated
