Thanks for the answer. went to dr, he said i have pilonidal sinus, caused by some infection. i even told him that i had a recent exposure,he said it can be due to weak immune system, can be caused by hiv, which terrifies me.also he said i need to check for hiv test for next 2 years in every 3 months gap.
i have tested neg for hiv after 31 days of my recent exposure. given antibotics and pain killer.the pain has subsidised after taking antibiotic after 1 day. but the dr's opinion confuses me,pl advise.

Pilonidal sinus or cysts have nothing to do with HIV. You were asessed as having no risk and the assessment stays.

You used a condom for all sexual activities. No risk in regards to HIV.  You can rule that out. Please see a doctor for your problem. It has nothing to do with HIV.
