Hiv from cat claw

Hi..I have a question regarding cat claw.
Yesterday..my cat scratch my hand and got some blood from the scratching..but no to deep into the skin..after scratching me, my cat also scratch my house mate finger and some blood come out..its is possible i can get hiv from touching my friend finger if its still bleeding and my scratch in hand also..its only around 2 to 3 minutes..but after that i washed my hand...
