contracting HIV fear please can't sleep at night please answer

Had a sexual encounter with a girl who was going through her periods (her friar or second day of period to be exact) and I know is promiscuous my condom was not the exact size so it got stuck iN her vagina I don't know when but when I noticed it was hanging out of her vagina .the ring of the condom was out so I pulled it out my semen was inside it and I pulled it my self with in a second with out digging for it ..further more I asked her when did she have unprotected sex last time she said two weeks ago ...my questions are as follows
1 what are my chances of getting HIV
2 what are her chances of getting pregnant ?
I know I am embarrassed and worried please help me.please

Your penis was not exposed while you were inside her, you had no risk

It wasn't out but the ring was out of her vagina which I took out with my hand and then Checked my semen was inside the bloody condom ...is it possible that I had an exposure with out condom as I didn't know when it was out ...please answer me .i am dieing with anxiety please

If the condom was hanging outside her vagina, you had no risk for HIV and she has no chance of getting pregnant
