It means you insert a penis into a area like the vagina or anus. Penatrative is the same thing as insert.

1. Unprotected anal or vaginal sex.
2. SHaring dirty needles
3. Mother to baby transmission

Your children were never at risk. Please educate yourself and your children about how HIV can and cannot be transmitted.
