Hope someone can help me answer my question. Much appreciated

Hello everyone. I'm male. 20 years old.
I had unprotected oral sex (I'm receiving), and I saw some red dots on my penis head 6 days after exposed. And I quickly went to clinic for the test. And the results come back with HIV, Syplilis, chlymadia, gonorrhea, hepatitis b, hsv 1 all negative expect hsv 2. But three weeks of exposed I started to get muscle twitching, aches. And I'm really freaked out. So I went to do another HIV rapid combo test and HIV rapid duo test on 21 days and 29 days respectively. My result are all negative. But my muscle twitching and ache are never gone and my those red dots on my penis head is keep coming back( no pain, but rarely feel itchy ). In addition, I done anther HIV, hsv 1 and 2, gonorrhea, Syplilis and other kind of stds in weeks 8. It's all negative now.
So my question is ...
1)What kind of stds am I infected ?
2)why my results all with negative but I still having muscle aches and twitching?
3)is it all of these symptoms are fungus infection?(my doctor told me it's just fungus infection)
4)do I have the risk of getting HIV or maybe other kinds of stds but It's just cannot be detected?

Hi Teak,

Thank you for your patients and dedication in replying to my question. I understand what you're saying but what about if someone has a gum infection for three weeks? This is my concern...there was no oral sex but kissing and the guy I hooked up with was sucking someone else's **** right before kissing me [I mean 1 minute before he started kissing me] So if cum was in his mouth it would have been risky for me no? So of course my fear is that he might have had cum in his mouth and then passed it into my mouth where by it might have touched/rubbed over my abrasion/infected gums. Sorry to bother you but I really am quite worried.

HIV is not transmitted by oral sex. Have a good day.

Also I hope you don't think I was being insensitive by mentioning your HIV status. I think you're great for coming on here and advising people and helping them out I really do!

Well done you!

Thanks Teak

Hi Teak,

I've noticed that you've written several times that HIV cannot be transmitted via oral sex. Many other websites say that there is a very low chance one can become infected from either giving or receiving oral sex so what are we to believe? I don't doubt your knowledge on this subject it's just so many websites scare the living day lights out of people to the point of near depression. It's very confusing what to believe. I've noticed that you are HIV + so one would assume you have healthy knowledge on the topic but if you're saying it's not possible why are so many other websites saying it is? Please put my mind to rest if you can. Thanks!

We couldn't even begin to guess what your symptoms are from, the only thing we can tell you for sure is that HIV isn't the cause.  See your doctor for further assessment.  You do not have an HIV risk.

See your doctor if you are concern, it has nothing to do with HIV.

No risk.  Your symptoms are unrelated to HIV.
