Hiv test 99.99

How good is hiv test at 24 weeks?? 99.99 negative results

All infect people will produce antibodies,there is no such person on this earth that has HIV and hasn't produced antibodies.

An infected person will always produce antibodies,usually by 6 weeks in 99% of cases and once infected they will always have detectable antibodies for HIV,even once diagnosed with AIDS the antibodies will still be present.
