"I am a 45-year-old man. I had a sexual relationship through anal intercourse with a transgender massage worker who works at a massage center, and the relationship lasted only for lije 60 seconds and was protected. the condom did not tear. I took a Combo HIV test after 24 days and repeated it on the forty-sixth day, and it was both negative... Is this certainley conclusive? Can i proceed with my life without concern?...note: iam diabetic!..thank you all for the help

The only risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. You had protected anal which means you had no risk. Doesn't matter if you are diabetic or anything else. You never needed to test. ANY test you take will be negative and you do not need to test again. No risk
