Hiv via cunnilingus

Hi there everyone im new to the forum, I've read lot of different things about hiv being a next to no risk for for oral sex & that is comforting to hear but heres what im worried about on the 18th of last month ( January) i visited an escort we did protected sex (my penis to her vagina) but also i did about 20 seconds of oral on her, i didn't notice any of her fluids or nothing like that flow into my mouth, but heres the thing for the last two weeks ive been really unwell which is unlike me my legs have been very weak, swollen neck glands, sore throat, zero appetite ( & i normally eat like a horse) very fatigued & also ive had dioreha for 7 days now & have lost 14 pounds inside a week, I feel terrible & although ive read cunnilingus is very unlikely to transfer hiv im very concerned about this especially the timing of this that it has happened inside the 4 weeks of seeing that woman. Im going for screening tomorrow & i should receive the results a few days after that. Im praying im gonna be clear of any std Especially hiv! Im just very concerned at the moment

Regardless of things you have going on with your health, you can't get HIV from something that had no risk of transmitting it.  Oral sex and protected sex are not how HIV is transmitted. HIV is transmitted in specific, clear ways. They include 1. having unprotected penetrating vaginal sex, 2. having unprotected, penetrating anal sex or sharing IV injectabe needles. That's it.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus.  So, you do not need to worry or test.

Firstly thanks for your reply, I've seen alot of similar replies to this question & that is comforting i just cannot understand why i have these symptoms. I have in the past drank to much alcohol & took maybe a few to many pills for Back pain & i do get sharp Jabs in my liver from time to time.  I'm thinking maybe i have a liver issue & thats all hit my system with this flu like symptoms. I rang my dr there & he'll do some bloods to see how my liver is performing. Its just all these symptoms & indicative of early stage hiv symptoms but as you say theres been no recorded cases of hiv via oral & i would think that 20 seconds of oral is nothing really, its just the timing thats these symptoms have happened to me is what's making second geuss here. As i say im booked in for an std assessment anyway hopefully all will be alright on that front & if so I'll have to do these bloods for my liver to get to the bottom of whats going on with me.
Thanks again
You don't have symptoms of HIV.  HIV doesn't really work like that. You have anxiety.  So you think everything going on in your body is an HIV symptom. That's how anxiety works.  No risk for HIV means you couldn't have gotten it.  Eliminate it from your mindset.
