The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You cannot get HIV from objects - only from a penis or a vagina, or an intravenous needle.  A dermaroller does not use intravenous needles.  I'm not sure where you saw that 2 people got HIV from a used dermaroller, but it doesn't matter - there are fictional stories all over the internet that should be dismissed, as they are not medically-documented cases.

Thank you so much for your reply,I read it here,https://graziadaily.co.uk/beauty-hair/skin/vampire-facial-risks-hiv-hepatitis/
It's a well known site,it's already been 5 years and I don't have any symptoms,
Just would like to ask does 70% isopropyl alcohol kills the hiv virus in 5 minutes on needles??
That is an ENTIRELY different procedure than using a dermaroller at home.

It doesn't matter if you use alcohol or not - you CANNOT get HIV from a dermaroller, or any other object.  Forget about this idea and move on.
Thank you so much, you're helping so many people, last 10 days were so hard on Me,was searching so many sites but wasn't able to get proper answer, thoughts were killing me inside,Thank-you againā¤
