Scared and confused

Hello

Pls I need answers, I had an intercourse with a sex worker which lasted for about 3 to 5 mins, after that I got home latter in 10mins time I found out that there was a pin hole on the comdom as I was washing mu penis and the condom before disposing it off(my usual way) which I don't know and cant explain how it came about. I went to see a doctor the next morning and he told me the risk of contacting and HIV was low cos I wasn't sure if the sex worker was infected and contacting the virus depended on how much or how far the Virus had grown in her and also that it also depends on how long I was in her. He told me to be less worried and that the chances of conacting an STD was low.He aksed me to get an antibiotics TARIVID which I did and I took it for 5days morning and night. The incident took place on a sunday evening and on the friday morning I woke up I had feeling of fever a bit though was nt serious I went out and had a normal day, no pains, no head ache and not feeling cold at all and I slept very well that night and tthe little fever continue on saturday and now its sunday and I'm still having that kind of fever, body is just feeling a little bit Hot, I eat normal, drink water normal, no headaches, no pains anywhere in my body, I urinate normal without pains and do all other things normal just like I use to. I don't know if I'm affceted and I'm really feeling very scared even as I type this. I don't know if the syptoms can show under some days or am I just smething from something else or from my own fear??? Pls I need answers pls
