been getting mixed opinions on getting a handjob with saliva most people especially on here saying that there is no risk for hiv because of air and the fact that saliva inhibits the virus. But what if the saliva included blood? I reached out to an infectious disease doctor and he said oral sex and a handjob with saliva are no risk but if there was blood it’s low risk. So is there anyone on here who can really break down the risk that I had if any thank you.

No one will have any different advice than a few days ago. We rely on the opinion of expert doctors and are not interested in all the sites or "mixed opinions' people hunt down on the internet etc. otherwise we will be here all night arguing - for no reason.
Seek therapy to try to get out of this hiv obsession because you are wasting your life living with anxiety, all because you are trying to do medical research that has already been done. Or take a duo test after 4 weeks. This is an hiv prevention forum and you didn't have any hiv risk.
