How to read a hiv-1 western blot?

What does this mean?  
no bands are present....... neg
one or more bands are presnet but the blot does not meet the criteria foa a postive result as described below....Indeterminate
at least two of the major band gp160/120, gp41, or p24 are present
bands are at least intense as the LOw postive Control  gp120 band(areactivity score of 1+ or greater) is considered postive the band at gp 41 is broad and diffuse ..............pos
unable to interpret due to blotches abd/or dark background color..............no interpretation

I beleive so... they want us so badly to use ther lab that gets done in twenty min. I rather use a facility that has nothing to gain from the results.

Let me explain
Me an my husband donated blood we have been together for 8 years. I've donated three times before he did. No problems, the results are his.  They notified him in person and since I am his spouse wanted me to take a test with cdc. His a Vet so he will get retested on May 12th with the VA medical center.  They keep at me to get tested. I just don't want to use them.  I told them so.

What bothers me the most of all about these test is there is no universal standard for reading these test at least that is what I read on Wikipedia.  And the tech unsure they stamp positive on it.
