How toxic/dangerous is my PEP regime, should I be worried (Thailand)? PEP experts

Ok so after reading up on the success of PEP I realise I have a pretty good chance of not becoming HIV positive and would unlucky to become HIV positive

I have been prescribed (Sorry if spelling is not correct of Medicines)

Teneofivir
Lamivudine
Efavirenz

After looking up online I think Efavirenz is no longer recommended in UK/USA?

Tenefovir + Lamivudine can cause of lactic acidiosis (How much danger am I in here, am i in more danger because I am taking both of them)

I've had some some stomach bloat/pains, Ive had fatigue, loss of appetite.

Is it only rare cases where we see serious side effects?

There are no "PEP experts" here, and this isn't really an appropriate question for a peer-to-peer forum - you need to be discussing all of this with a doctor.

Maybe one or two people on here are HIV specialist doctors?
There are no doctors in this forum.  At the least, you should consult a pharmacist about the side effects.
