I also forgot to mention that I have the discomfort after I urinate not while I'm urinating.
If you saw your doctor.........or his assistant, TODAY and they checked you for a UTI/bladder infection, what were the results? If you have a UTI/bladder infection, they should have put you on antibiotics. Did they? Did you tell them about all your symptoms and how long they've been going on? Did you tell them that you've recently been checked for STD's?
If they put you on antibiotics, give them a few days to begin working. Drink lots of water.........and I do mean LOTS. You want to pee out as much of the infection as possible. (If you even HAVE an infection)
If they did not tell you that you had an infection and did not put you on antibiotics, you need to get a second opinion about what is going on, because it's obvious SOMETHING is.
You said you were tested for gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and syphilis, but there are a number of other STD's and you should perhaps have an entire STD panel done.
I am not saying you have an STD, but you need to have them all ruled out so they can figure out what is causing your problems.
See a doctor and make sure they know the whole story.
I wish you the best

Hello, doctors and epidemiologists around the world overwhelmingly agree that HIV is only transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal penetrative sex, sharing needles or mother to child.
Oral sex is not considered a risky activity, because there are no reports of people getting HIV by doing it.
There is no need to worry or get tested for HIV, however unprotected oral sex might carry a small risk for other STDs, you could ask in the STD Forum if you wish.
Hope this helps.
Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV but IS a risk for other STD's which you have been tested for.
If you are still having the mild burning sensation in your urethra, revisit your doctor. If the burning happens while you are urinating, it sounds like a UTI. (Urinary tract infection) which is cleared using antibiotics. It is NOT HIV.
