Hypoglycemia affect HIV test @ 4 months

I tested negative after 4 months using a ECLIA antibody test, but just came to know that my blood sugur level was very low(its 50,should be between 80-120) ,this condition is called Hypoglycemia, and i have read somewhere that it weakens immune system,is my 4 months test conclusive?

I had moved on..but this Hypoglycemia is freaking me out again
