I am dying please help

Hi,
I am from kerala, india.I had a possible exposure on (December 2,2014).On that fateful day I was traveling to my aunt's house.I was standing near the footboard of the bus.Bus was not crowded..Bus had stopped at a boarding point and some people were getting in and out.Quite unexpectedly something scratched through my elbow.I dont know whether it was done by someone knowingly or not with some hiv infected object like needle ,nail etc. There was a little blood on the scratched skin.(I dont know whether it was mine or someone else).Like a fool i was so panicked that i did'nt wash the scratched skin.
Scratch was about 9 mm in length, but not deep.I am the only son of my parents.I cannot tell this incident to them.It would break their heart.I have lost all of my hope and all dreams which i had cherished .
Please help .Dont ignore clarify my doubts .should I get TESTED???.

You don't need to worry.

The only reported case of someone get it from a cut was a very deep cut with knives and there was a lot of blood.  This happened in canada.

No.

The chances it was a scratch not a needle prick. Not a cause of HIV so I wouldn't worry at all.
