All the uncomfortableness that you're feeling is mainly due to anxiety....  Let me leave you with a quote by Dr EWH sometime back.. "This is true even though most people have cuts, scrapes, irritated or cut cuticles, etc on their hands and fingers.  The body closes up wounds of this sort almost immediately after they appear, restoring the barriers which make skin surface contact with genital secretions not a risk for HIV.  There really is no risk for HIV related to the exposure you describe and no medical reason for testing. "

Yes, someone reply to me before, but with the emergence of the body uncomfortable, I more and more afraid of, I doubt their infection

I believe you have been answered before... Nonetheless..You did not have a risk.  HIV transmission does not occur outside of the body.
