I am so scared and ashamed

I have been with 25 guys. I am only 23! Never have I done anal but everything else, yes! Rimming, oral unprotected, etc.

I have only been tested once for HIV after I learned a guy I had naked body contact with, kissing and oral was positive. Since then I have been with 7 guys, no anal, no testing.

Should I get tested again? Also, this past weekend I was with a guy. I am pretty sure he only anally fingered me since I felt something in my anus and I don't think it was his penis, but I have never had anal sex so I am not sure. My mind is playing tricks on me, convincing me it was his penis but I know deep down it was his finger.

Would I had known if I had been anally penetrated? Because even his finger hurt a little bit. Also should I be tested again?

Do you guys think I am dirty? I am so ashamed
