what is my risk?

hi and good day. I had an incident 10 days ago which is bothering me. I slept with a gal whose status i didnt know; i used a condom on both ocassions, tho at some point it started slipping off and i had to pull it back. The condom never came off. The gal was very wet and i touched some of her fluid. I washed my hands and penis with soap after. 3 days later, i had pain in neck and groin and armpit. After 8
days, i felt atleast 3 lymqh nodes in the neck, and on and off headache. Now a bit of fever has started. Could th partial condom slip have exposed me to hiv or was it touching her fluids then washing my penis? Thanks

None of your symptoms have anything to do with HIV. You never had an exposure.

Hi again. Sorry if my post may sound like undue insistence. But I hope you understand that it is very hard on my part in such circumstances.

As of before yesterday, 14 days after the incident, the only symptoms were persistent mild headache, swollen lymph nodes either side of the neck, stiff neck, pain in groin and armpits.

But last night I had night sweats for the first time, and you can only guess what that did to me. Now I am feeling a bit of a chill starting. I have not had fever or flu or cough. Yet. But these two, especially the night sweats, have sent my train off its rails, and I am wondering all sorts of possibilities of how the virus could have got through, and yet I am certain the condoms never fully came off. Anyhow, thanks for reading. Please do not get mad at my updating of what my situation is.

Hi, and thanks a lot. I seem to understand I could not have been at risk. But the vividly swollen lymph nodes are hard to ignore, plus the headaches and so on. But thanks. I guess I will wait for 12 weeks (which is an eternity) and take the test. Thanks again.
