I hate worst case senarios

About two weeks ago I started feeling sick. I thought because of my lack of appetite I had aids.(one sexual uncounted in which the condom broke year prior) needless to say I was fine I was HIV negative. I then went to a wrestling match( I'm a coach) a kid from the opposing team had a nose bleed that I cleaned using disinfectant no gloves and didn't wash my hands. (stupid I know) i then went on to pop a pimple and someone pointed out I didn't wash my hands. This freaked me out. I talked with the childs mother about my anxiety from this accident and she reassured me he was clean. Then two days later I played some volleyball with people I didn't know in the middle of the match the one guy started bleeing from his finger I didn't hink much of it at the time but now realize again I was bothering with a pimple on my back my anxiety immediately returned what if his blood got on the ball and I contacted this without knowing and introduced this unknown blood to the pimple on my back. Noone complained at all about blood on the ball or on there skin as well as this I seldomly touched the volleyball with my fingers maybe someone could offer some information to put all this anxiety to rest!!

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

I don't thunk I have a phobia of it I just read online that blood to blood is dangerous and HIV can survive in blood that's wet for as long as the blood takes to dry
